Ambulance Service

1. Application shall be made (2) two weeks prior to the date of the event. If the event is less than (2) two weeks the chances of 

2. Kindly fill the request form with the correct information for a precise quotation 

3. Once agreed with the quotation kindly revert back to us at least (1) one week from the requested date.

 

4. Payment shall be made (5)  five days before the requested date.

5.  Cancellation shall be made (3) three days from the requested date. Failure penalty shall be charge with the amount of RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred)

6. Quotation shall be furnished within 24 hours working hours.
